Why then do I do the reviews? To help you guys get a fair, concise & unbiased option of what things are really like in the world of ecommerce, specifically dropshipping.
To be honest, dropshipping requires way too many repetitive tasks in order to keep the business running… I prefer to do something that has a higher profit margin… like in the high 80s to 90s will do me well.

1. What is Ecom Millionaire?
Like many of the short courses that get featured on my blog, this is no different.
It’s a Shopify and Facebook Ads course that doesn’t really cover the entire process of an eCommerce business. It focuses on drop shipping with FB.
Gabriel calls his course a ‘mentoring program’.
• Setting up the perfect store step-by-step
• Discovering products to sell on your store
• Cracking Facebook Ads
You'll also get some bonuses which include 250 winning products, email templates & access to the Facebook Group.
Gabriel knows what he’s talking about, but this course is short.
It’s about setting up a Shopify store, product research using various tools, and then running Facebook Ads.
If you don’t know already, Facebook Ads is becoming very expensive. Most other courses offer other traffic methods such as Google Shopping, Google Ads, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and even SEO.
2. Who is Gabriel Beltran?
Gabriel Beltran's story starts as a used car salesman three years ago who was making $3,000 per month and decided to start learning eCommerce.
It wasn’t long before he claimed to be making $1,000 days and traveling the world, partying and attending other masterminds. By 2017 he’d bought his first green Lambo. Now it’s covered in a sleek army print wrap. Or is it blue? Or black?**
Gabriel claims to have made over $13 million from Shopify within as many months.
Sounds pretty incredible right?
Well, now you can own a piece of that dream as well by purchasing one of his courses or signing up for this mastermind/mentoring program where he shows his students how to do the same thing.
He has the supercars & the nice house & yet... you don't know if these are rented or borrowed or something like that. He could very well be this successful, but it's hard to verify.
You can find Gabriel on both YouTube & Instagram…. Although he hasn’t posted any new content on YouTube for a while…
Of the two, Instagram is far more popular where he has over 300K subscribers
His Instagram is typical of an ecommerce personality. It mainly just shows off his numerous high-performance cars & his waste the cash life style … Sells you on the dream that this is your ticket out & that you too can live this way…
Judging by his Insta account, you'd think the guy has it all. Not gonna lie, the Huracan’s one sexy looking car…
**Seriously this guy seems to have a ship load of sports car’s… Every article features him with a different one… Either that or he’s any spray painter’s best friend… Just saying…
See what I mean? Not sure if it’s the same 2 cars featured all the time, but that's not the point. Gabriel loves to flaunt the lifestyle big time.
From my experience: this lifestyle is mostly just that - a FANTASY...
Most people who have that type of cash really don’t flaunt it… because they don’t need to…
3. How does Dropshipping Work?
The working process of dropshipping is quite simple. It includes 4 simple steps:
- You publish products you wish to sell on your online store, having none of them in stock.
- The customer sees the product and places an order on your website.
- You receive details about the order and forward the details of the customer and order to your dropship supplier.
- The supplier then packages and ships the required products directly to the customer.
This is an attractive shipping business model, because you don't have to buy or keep stock.
With drop shipping, you’re not purchasing the inventory, instead you’re kinda just redirecting orders to the correct supplier.
Sounds great, right?
4. Is Dropshipping Legit, or a Scam?
Dropshipping is a Legit business & there are loads of success stories out there…
But then again, there are also plenty of horror stories, so… you gotta do some research & decide for yourself.
The only way you can make money from Dropshipping is by approaching it as a legitimate business: This means investing capital, putting in the hours & working your butt off.
5. How much does Gabriel Beltran's Course Cost? Any Specials?
There are four different pricing points for eCom Millionaire, which range from $97 to $5800.
Yes, you read that right...
The $97 offer takes you to a different product called, ‘The eCom Millionaire Jumpstart’ which claims to be a $499 course on sale for $97 which gives you access to the online training platform, access to 10 winning products and a campaign set up strategy.
It’s pretty confusing. The $97 offer is not the same course, so be careful.
The $498 offer gives you access to eCom Millionaire, which includes four weeks of step-by-step training on store setup, Facebook Ads, scaling & a few bonuses. The bonuses include 250 winning products, a custom Shopify theme, copy and paste email templates and access to the Facebook group.
Warrior costs $5,800 and is an ongoing weekly training module where you’ll jump on a weekly webinar with other warriors who want to succeed with eCommerce too.

I don't know if Gabriel is as successful as he claims but he's definitely had some success. There's only so much you can fake & I think it’s safe to say he's surpassed that…

The Private Facebook Group is always a bonus. You get fantastic support from people who’s either in your situation or have gone through it…
8. Gabriel has the right idea
Gabriel is unlike most of the dropshippers out there… He acknowledges that without converting traffic into customers you will not have a business…

Although there are a few different options when it comes to course pricing… the cheapest option where you actually get the full course, is $498. That's a bit steep for what you're getting.
12. Limited marketing training
Facebook is the only traffic source that you guys will be taught here. Which is really annoying considering this is not a cheap course.
There are so many traffic sources out there & you need to find the one that suits your skills.
13. Webpage seems to have expired…
Ok, so this is weird: just before I published this article, I wanted to double check one last thing on Gabriel’s Jumpstart webpage,

14. Do Gabriel's Students Actually Make Money?
Truth be told, Gabriel’s students seem to be crushing it in the world of e-Com. There’s a ton of testimonials & I’ve yet to find a negative review about him or his programs.
Go have a listen to some of these students… They all come from different walks of life & are scattered worldwide.
15. Who's a Good Fit for The Ecom Millionaire?
According to Gabriel, the course is for:
- eCommerce Marketers - already selling but looking to scale to the next level.
- Sales People - currently working in sales, but who's looking for more time & freedom by running their won business.
- Business Owners - Brick and mortar companies looking to multiply their sales through eCom.
What he doesn't mention is that there are no guarantees for success and no magic formula.
16. What alternatives are there to Gabriel Beltran's The Ecom Millionaire?
I can recommend two options:
- Ecom Elites – $197 (beginners only)
- Ecom Beast 2.0 – $557 (beginners)

The Good and Bad of Gabriel Bertram's Course
Gabriel knows what he’s talking about and he also already has several very successful students in the Ecom game.
If selling physical products sounds like your heart’s calling, look into this course, live it & breathe it. (But you might need to get other more comprehensive courses to supplement it...)
I enjoyed learning from Gabriel, the guy certainly knows how to sell!

How Does Dropshipping Stand up to Others Like Affiliate Marketing, & Lead Generation?
Not every business model suits every person, so you need to do your own homework and find what fits.

With Ecommerce, Gabriel did really well with his first speaker light bulb product for few months but as soon as there was an issue with the manufacturer, he was forced to stop selling that product and his sales went back down to zero. With my business, that could never happen. |
The biz is much more stable in that way, although the advantage of FB ads is the ability to begin generating traffic right away & to scale faster.
Gabriel Bertran's Course is Good, but Dropshipping is NOT Great...Generating Leads is Better! Here's Why:
Dropshipping is HARD!
Just like any business opportunity, those that never quit & have a burning desire to succeed, are the ones who eventually become successful.
Understand that you’re probably gonna fail at your first few attempts. Sure, it seems like a bed of roses, but don't forget the thorns...
You’ve been fed a bunch of BS if you believe the instant gratification mindset is gonna keep you motivated or even operational for long…
Don't believe the autopilot hype. There's a lot to contend with...
You gotta be willing to make the necessary sacrifices & have a “do whatever it takes” attitude to withstand not only unexpected external challenges but also the internal ones. Those little buggers are the ones that really get you - specially self-doubt & procrastination…
Becoming a successful entrepreneur is as much about learning new skills as it is looking deeper within & getting a deeper understanding of yourself.
Taking a long hard look at those self-sabotaging tendencies & realizing it’s gonna take serious effort, determination & a lot diligent work to finally overcome them.
Keep working towards improving your problem areas & sooner or later your old patterns quiet down a bit & the new, more empowering ones take root…so hang in there, I promise you it can be done… I’m living proof of it.
I also came from nothing. I also had the crappy job and car I felt embarrassed to drive.
This is why it’s so critical to immerse yourself in entrepreneurial content, not just going through the course but surrounding yourself with other entrepreneurs & mentors is the major difference between getting that winning head start or never really getting going in the first place.
That being said, eCommerce for me requires too many repetitive tasks to keep the business profitable. I’d much rather do less sales & generate more money per sale.
For me, this is fairly easily done as my profit margins are close to 90%.
Ok ok… let’s play worse case scenario & try to make it less.
Even if we work on say 80% - it’s still heaps & bounds ahead of what even the best dropshipper would ever come close to maintaining.
In reality, it’s much closer to like 87% … & that’s inclusive of the minor cost of web hosting, general maintenance, etc.

Literally anyone can get into dropshipping with hardly any effort or upfront cash. Regardless of what you're selling, you'll likely be competing with millions of other sellers in an extremely saturated market.
